New Chiang Mai is a family-owned and operated restaurant that has been serving the community since 2007. We strive to create excellent Thai favorites alongside interesting new Thai-American creations. We are committed to preparing the best-quality food using the finest ingredients we can find, and we purchase fresh vegetables daily from the local farmers market here in Hilo. Our extensive menu offers a wide selection of dishes, ranging from traditional recipes to modern interpretations that appeal to many different tastes.
